I recommend completing the FreeFlyer Fundamentals Training prior to the exam.

You can practice for the exam by using the 20 Sample Questions & Solutions files attached to this post.

I also recommend following these steps to prevent the most common causes of problems with taking the certification exams.
1. Use the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge internet browser to take the certification exam
2. Check that you are logged into your FreeFlyer account
3. Avoid using the back button or refresh button during the exam
